Swahili language class in CUC, consisting of 12 junior students, was devoted to the translation work during the visit. They help local residence in Tanzania with translating their state of illnesses as well as conveying the diagnosis and treatment to patients and local doctors in Tanzania who came to study.
Since the translation requires a large number of terms from surgery, internal medicine, ophthalmology, ear-nose-throat (ENT) , gynaecology ,etc, students started to prepare medical vocabulary and get familiar with commonly used conversation in diagnosis as soon as the embassy called on for volunteers.
