Students of CUC’s Baseball and Softball Teams visits Tokyo Dome
CUC’s Baseball and Softball team was invited to attend Chinese College Students’ delegation to visit Japan for an exchange activity which took place from November 19th to November 26th. The event was jointly hosted by Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and Japan-China Friendship Center.
The activity aims at enhancing understandings between Chinese and Japanese students, while promoting the ideas of environmental protection, through sports exchange activities.Our Baseball and Softball teams compared notes with Baseball and Softball teams from Takushoku University, Josai University and Yamanashi Gakuin University successively. Furthermore, team members holding the same positions from either country warmed-up together, shared training experiences and exchanged gifts with each other.

The exchange activity gave our teams a profound sense of sportsmanship emanated from the Japanese teams. They got a chance to learn from their Japanese peers’ enthusiastic trainings and their unbroken spirits during hardships.Awareness and information about Environmental protection themed around disaster prevention run through the entire activity.The China-Japan Sports Communication Activity helps to build friendship between Chinese and Japanese students and promotes mutual understandings between the two nation’s sportsmanship and culture.
