On March 13, the Beijing Universities International Communication Work Deployment Meeting and Capacity Enhancement Training, organized by the Beijing Municipal Education Working Committee and the Beijing Municipal Education Commission, and hosted by the National Key Laboratory of Media Convergence and Communication and the Joint Research Institute of International Communication of the Ministry of Education at Communication University of China (CUC), concluded successfully.

On March 11, the official website of the 2025World Festival of Animated Film - Animafest Zagrebannounced its selection list. The work “Bon Appetite”by Wang Ziyu and Yu Jinhong, 2021 animation majors from the School of Animation and Digital Arts at our university, stood out among 2,024 submissions from 92 countries and regions worldwide, securing a spot in the Student Film Competition category.

Recently, Kidhood Flows, a short film created by Luo Xianyao, Li Bohan, Xue Kai, and Chen Yipei, students of the 2020 class majoring in Digital Media Art (Internet and Intelligent Media Design Pathway), Department of Future Media, School of Animation and Digital Arts, Communication University of China, under the guidance of teachers Zhou Yinan and Shen Wei, was selected for the 44th VGIK International Student Film Festival - International Competition.
