On May 30, the National Natural Science Foundation of China High Technology Center organized a comprehensive performance evaluation meeting for the new generation of artificial intelligence national science and technology major project Research and Application of Key Technologies of Anthropomorphic Human-Computer Interaction for Government Affairs in the V10 Lecture Hall of the Academic Center of Communication University of China. The project is led by Hangzhou Zhongruan Anren Network Communication Co., Ltd., and Professor Zhang Pengzhou of Communication University of China is the project leader. The project team includes nine units including Communication University of China, Fudan University, Beijing University of Science and Technology, Information Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, China Electronic Port Data Center, and Beijing China Tax Association Education Technology Co., Ltd.
Leaders of the National Natural Science Foundation of China's High Technology Center, Professor Chai Jianping, member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Communication University of China, leaders of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the review expert group, responsible experts, representatives of all member units of the project team and major project participants attended the meeting.
On behalf of our university, Chai Jianping welcomed the experts, guests and team members attending the meeting, and expressed sincere gratitude to the National Natural Science Foundation of China High Technology Center . He said that the impact of artificial intelligence on society is comprehensive and profound, and it is necessary to accurately identify changes, respond scientifically, and actively seek changes to adapt to the new situation and new requirements of the era of artificial intelligence. He emphasized that since the approval of the National Science and Technology Major Project of the New Generation of Artificial Intelligence in 2020, Professor Zhang Pengzhou has led the team to conduct in-depth research in the fields of virtual human-computer interaction, sentiment analysis, and personalized dialogue generation, which has significantly improved the intelligence and humanization of government services, and has also played a good reference and promotion role in the application of artificial intelligence in the field of media. Subsequently, the leaders of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Science and Technology and the National Natural Science Foundation of China High Technology Center respectively made suggestions on the project research work and the industrialization of the results.
The project performance evaluation meeting was chaired by Xue Jianru from Xi'an Jiaotong University. Zhang Pengzhou, as the project leader, reported in detail on the overall progress of the project, important achievements and promotion and application, the input and use of personnel and funds, and the organization and implementation management. He pointed out that the project team has achieved important results in the construction of knowledge bases and large-scale models in the government affairs field, anthropomorphic human-computer interaction technology in the government affairs field, and the foundation of an open anthropomorphic domestic intelligent customer service platform. It has been widely promoted and applied in the fields of taxation, customs, human resources and social security, with significant economic and social benefits.
The expert group listened carefully to the report of the project leader, reviewed relevant documents and materials, watched the project results demonstration made by Hangzhou Zhongruan Anren Network Communication Co., Ltd., and listened to the technical ideas of the project leader, Professor-level Senior Engineer Desheng, on the application of large models in the public service field. After the expert questioning session, the expert group gave a high evaluation of the project. The research results of the project have reached the international advanced level and have been effectively deployed in a localized environment. The experts put forward suggestions for further deepening the research on large models in the government affairs field, building a more complete application ecology, and promoting the further implementation of technology. At the same time, it is recommended to expand the application scope of the intelligent customer service platform and continuously optimize related technologies and documentation.
The meeting emphasized that the project's organizational management is standardized, the documentation is complete, and good results have been achieved in talent training. This comprehensive performance evaluation marks that the project team has made a major breakthrough in the application of artificial intelligence technology in the field of government services, and provides strong technical support and practical cases for the construction of digital government. Finally, the expert group discussed and formed a demonstration opinion, and unanimously agreed that the project passed the performance evaluation.
